The TV unit came with an incorrect part meaning I couldn't complete the build, the seller was apologetic and did arrange a replacement part to be sent from the factory, this took a couple of weeks so a bit frustrating, communication was good, replys were fast. Would have been 5 stars if not for the issue with incorrect part. Would definitely buy from the seller again. TV unit looks great and is sturdy and well made

Delivery of this item was an absolute nightmare had one package delivered, had to chase Evri myself for the second package using their chat bot, only way they can be contacted, very stressful delivery. Happy with the unit, when i finally received 2nd package, 4 hours of my life I’ll never get back, but looks good, lights received with unit did not work. I suggest the seller should look into using a different delivery company, very stressful, having to chase Evri every step of delivery.
