  I love him so much he works just as described. Well packaged in the box. He is a little beat up but exactly like in the photo and for $23 I can’t complain. Shipping was quick it took about a week to arrive it was a little expensive almost as much as the item so that is frustrating but not on the seller at all. 5/5 would purchase from them again.

The seller did make sure to appropriately describe the item, however, there was an oversight on my part which led to me needing to submit a return request.   I’m really excited with my purchase of this Elsa 12 inch doll. I use these dolls for sculpture and reference. The seller took great care and packaging. Shipping was fast! completely as described even better a true and wonderful value! I am excited for my purchase, but I’m happy that The sellers are honest and great service.   I made a mistake and wanted to cancel the order before it shipped but seller was nice enough to inform me that they cannot cancel orders since all of their transactions are automated. I was denied cancel request and advised to return item. Item cost me $5 and shipping $8.95; if I returned the shipping would not be refunded and I would have to pay return shipping as well. Don’t make a mistake before buying because the seller has an advanced system which is probably automated by robots or ai.
