  The item was as described but unfortunately was dead on arrival. The item was shipped well packaged and arrived relatively quickly. I should note that the shipper was USPS and not UPS as noted in the listing. I gave a positive rating because the seller offered to send replacement parts at no charge, proffered rebates to make up for any inconvenience given my time and provided the refund (and paid for shipping the return) as stated in the webpage.

  Excellent communication, delivery seemed long. I bought “good” and it has no noticeable flaws. Keys are a little sticky. All in all I am satisfied so far but I have had it only a day so I will see how it is after I’ve had it longer. No backlight. That is one thing I wanted and I missed it in the description. I may return it for this reason and purchase one from this same seller. I feel this seller is very reputable and trustworthy.
