All buyers are given 4 days before orders are automatically cancelled. We do offer combined shipping automatically but we cannot give you a Specific quote or formula for it in advance as it is predicated upon weight and size. If you are looking for combined shipping you must ask PRIOR to paying your invoice. We do NOT offer combine shipping outside of the United States. As of this time we do NOT offer standard envelope shipping .
