    The computer arrived well-packed but a couple of days later than expected that was attributed to weather conditions. Plugged it in and it operated fast and flawlessly with Linux Mint 21.3 properly installed. When I had a question I emailed Thomas and he responded immediately and provided the answer I needed. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend this product and company.

    I ordered the computer in the evening, and it shipped the next morning. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed because of USPS (weather conditions) not the seller. The packaging was as good as any I have seen, and the computer is in better condition than promised. It operated perfectly as soon as I started it up. It came with a nice note from the seller promising assistance with any setup questions or problems. I would certainly do business with the seller again. Thanks!

    Ordered 2 of these and seller was good enough to work with me on the price. They arrived quickly and looked brand new, not used. I am still in the process of setting them up and so far they are working flawlessly. Also I was so happy to finally ditch Windows. I hate Windows and how they just take over you PC almost like they were the ones that paid for it and own it ,not you. Seller is quick to answer any questions and provide help if you need it. BTW seller has PC's with Windows os's installed
