Seller even accommodated a last-minute request to switch to a similar model with twice as much storage. Delivered about 72 hours after order placed.     The computer arrived well-packed but a couple of days later than expected that was attributed to weather conditions. Plugged it in and it operated fast and flawlessly with Linux Mint 21.3 properly installed. When I had a question I emailed Thomas and he responded immediately and provided the answer I needed. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend this product and company.

    I ordered the computer in the evening, and it shipped the next morning. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed because of USPS (weather conditions) not the seller. The packaging was as good as any I have seen, and the computer is in better condition than promised. It operated perfectly as soon as I started it up. It came with a nice note from the seller promising assistance with any setup questions or problems. I would certainly do business with the seller again. Thanks!

    Computer arrived in a timely manner, well protected for shipping. Appeared like new, although sold as used. Computer was as advertised, with several asked-for software tweaks. (Thanks!) Computer fired-up fine, and seems to be working well. Machine seems to be a good value, especially as Microsoft seems to be forcing people off of Windows onto Linux via Recall. In contacts, seller was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I would buy-from him, again...
