  Overall, a good deal, however, the packaging was really bad. It was a essentially a bubble mailer inside a large empty box. When it arrived box was torn and the iPad could easily slip out, which I suspect the mail-person had to keep from falling out. Also, the pictures didn't show several large scratches on the screen, and only mentioned the crack. I would have returned it if it weren't for the good price which I would still pay for, even with the 'extra' scratches I wasn't expecting

  Shipped quickly but heads I purchased had non repairable defects none were visible I dont blame the seller The heads needed to be cleaned first Pics are after cleaning no way to see beforehand How the seller handled this issue speaks volumes about integrity. I reported the issue to the seller and asked for a exchange or refund & they did ASAP. I understand sometimes issues arise how a seller handles them makes the difference Recommended A+++ Will do business again

  arrived on time as described. was somewhat surprised that USPS actually shipped because the item still smelled of gas, but got here USPS did their usual and dropped the package where it should not have been dropped, but that is not on the seller, but on USPS (Usual Sloppy Poor Service)
