  Shipped quickly but heads I purchased had non repairable defects none were visible I dont blame the seller The heads needed to be cleaned first Pics are after cleaning no way to see beforehand How the seller handled this issue speaks volumes about integrity. I reported the issue to the seller and asked for a exchange or refund & they did ASAP.   Overall, a good deal, however, the packaging was really bad. It was a essentially a bubble mailer inside a large empty box. When it arrived box was torn and the iPad could easily slip out, which I suspect the mail-person had to keep from falling out. Also, the pictures didn't show several large scratches on the screen, and only mentioned the crack. I would have returned it if it weren't for the good price which I would still pay for, even with the 'extra' scratches I wasn't expecting
