  Originally I had received the wrong tablet cover! The Seller was most apologetic and agreed to send the correct one straight away. I received it today. As promised he included a mailing envelope with return address labe and pre-paid Royal Mail postage. I am able to return the other one at no cost to myself. I am delighted with my new cover. It is well made and offered at a very fair price. It fits my 2019 vintage Samsung tablet perfectly. An A+ for excellent communication and customer service!

  I was originally sent the wrong case but after contacting the seller it was immediately replaced with the correct one which is perfect. A post prepaid bag was supplied to return the wrong one. The service was excellent and I would recommend this seller.

  Good item which works well. The item took a long time to finally arrive. This was probably due to delays caused by wintery weather. Seller initially refunded the payment but when it arrived I repaid the seller. On the negative side, when it didn’t arrive I ordered another from an alternative seller which cost only £2.25 as opposed to £3.95. It was exactly the same. Both had free postage. The seller was easy to deal with though and was willing to refund without me having to persist.

  Very good transaction and Customer experience 5*. Item as described and works fine. Item was well packed in original packaging and received within the scheduled time. Just an added note, I hope this charger lasts longer than the previous one; albeit from a different Seller.

  Sadly item packed up after only 5 charges...must be a bad one, so Seller is arranging to send a replacement. Hopefully replacement will last for a reasonable period of time. But yes, good, friendly communication with Seller and hopefully replacemnt item will be with me very soon as promised.
