  I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY hate when I try to pay a smaller seller a little more on eBay so I don't have to give Amazon more business and then I get a big obnoxious delivery from Amazon thru some waste-of-life drop-seller who is pocketing the difference.   I was quite surprised how cheap the product actually was given the price for 1. I guess you're paying for an idea that may actually work to help some people quit smoking.
