    Seller is Dishonest and Inconsiderate! Wanted me to leave a 5-Star feedback before the item was even shipped out! Took his time shipping item out, took 9 days! Once item was finally received it was folded over twice and thrown in an envelope. Item was received not flat and uncreased but full of creases that will not come out! What a complete WASTE OF TIME! Condition of item was HORRIBLE!

    Marked item as 'Tracking Number Provided'. Sat for several days. When I questioned why it wasn't sent, they sent me a form email saying that it WAS sent. A few days later, status was the same, I contacted them again. And AGAIN, they sent the SAME message, saying it was sent and for me to be patient. A week later, they admitted that they lost it. Sent out another one with the slowest shipper possible. Finally arrived13 days later. Not a good experience!

    Seller cancelled purchase upon finding the product had blemishes. Seller also immediately processed refund and informed me of actions and reasons. Unfortunately, not everyone there seemed to know the actions had been initiated by the seller and kept emailing me to have me document my reasons for cancelling the order. This was resolved eventually.
