My only issue was a delay in shipping. It arrived more than a week after it was expected. But despite that hiccup I have no complaints. Great watch. Plus the seller was willing to listen to my concerns when it was shipping late.

  Initially given a tracking number and told it was sent. That tracking number was bogus. After contacting the company 3 days later I was told that it was being put in the mail that day. Everything went smoothly from there and item was as described.
