  First, this is not the Detroit Iron USB which has bookmarks on the side to jump directly to chapters of interest. You will have to scroll, which is time consuming. Second, sellers policy was to (usually) ship within 1 day of receipt of payment. After 8 days I sent a message asking why it hadn't shipped. No response. The next day I phoned and left a message. Still no response, but at least seller generated a shipping label.

  Item was never listed as a Detroit Iron USB which is why you didn't get that... It is organized into base pat numbers as listed. The delay in shipping was owing to a family emergency which took me out of town and was communicated to all buyers via eBay messages. I offered the buyer his shipping back owing to the delay but got no response. Hard to work with some people...
