    Seller listed the spirit pony saying it measured 6”. Everyone else measures from nose to hind leg this seller included the wire tail making it seem larger. When I contacted them they said they were sorry about the mixup and changed their listing but the only resolution they offered was for me to send it back and I would have to lose the shipping costs to and from. Seeing they realized their error they could have at least payed return shipping. Their customer service stinks! I do not recommend

    Ma'am I never apologized to you for any "mix up", there wasn't one. I apologized for your confusion. The item in question is a horse, with a tail, of course that would be included in the measurements. I am so happy to know you have contacted everyone else who happens to sell this item to confirm how they measure it. We do not accept returns, I offered to make an exception, less shipping fees, as that is standard. Enjoy your 6" horse and have a great day- The friendly staff at Galleria
