The seller **proactively refunded the price of the game** and sent it along with the rest of my order in hopes the disc might still be usable (it wasn't; the crack grew).   The Item is exactly as described and as pictured. The disc and case are in great condition. It was packaged nice and securely in bubble wrap envelope. There are no scratches or imperfections .
