  I ordered the game on Sunday and I had it in my hands by Friday. Shipping was super fast, game was in great brand new condition, Appearance of the game and how it was packaged was great and the overall value of the game was very cost effective. I talked with customer service a few times and they assured me that I would enjoy the experience and service they had provided, which is true.   The item tracking did not update very well and the item arrived almost two weeks after the expected arrival time, however the seller was very quick to respond and promptly sent me a link to a much better tracker that had much more accurate information about the item. Given the international shipping I was not really expecting it arrive very quick anyways so the delay was not a significant issue for me. Seller communication was good and I would purchase from them again.

  Item shipped quickly and I received it fast! Item looked new as described. Item was packaged well, but could've had a little packing material in the box to better protect the item. Price was fair!   So this is the EBay arm of VGP, an excellent online game store. Unlike their online store, they don’t ship single games in boxes, going for the ol’ bubble envelope. Other than that, they shipped fast and product was new as described. While I wish they would use boxes, they’re a great seller you can trust!
