  Item arrived as described with secure and quick shipping. Unfortunately, the item was defective. They were quick to resolve my return, however, its disappointing that the item was not checked to ensure its working. Listed as New: other. I should have known that they would only check that it powers on. Long story short, the Lidar has a motor that frequently fails. You can purchase a 5 pack on Amazon. They should ensure open box items work properly before reselling.
