  The order for the rail pickets notice said delivered in my mail box. problem is it was not and could not be placed in my small mail box with a package that is 4ft tall X 5 X6 inches. i sent a request for refund/return of the railing pickets. heard nothing back. the order then showed up many day later. by then i sourced the picket set rom another source. i ask for a refund, im willing to send the order back but will not accepts declined
