    Item was not as described. Came with no original packaging despite BRAND NEW description in listing. Very misleading. When asked if seller could remedy the situation, they refused to acknowledge my question (s) . I have no problem purchasing a used item but be honest if that’s the case. especially if you are asking full retail price. I would appreciate a refund but won’t hold my breath on that. Will not buy from any seller I cannot trust to be honest.

    The original packaging was never part of the description. The item IS brand new (meaning never played with or displayed). It just did not have the packaging as outlined in the description, nor did the photos show any "box or packaging" to be included. Buyer also claimed I never responded to their questions when in fact, I did. I have the messages I sent them. Finally, I did offer a refund in the messages I sent them and they closed the return case for some reason and decided to keep the the item

    The item came as described, practically brand new! Disc's were undamaged and cases were in great shape. The quality is perfect! I got it at a great value, I definitely got my moneys worth for both movies. The items came in real quick and were packaged very carefully. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this seller!!!
