You did not receive the item because you did not pay the German import Tax and did not want to pick up the goods. You opened a case before you shipped the item back. I can not refund you before I receive the item. You did not obey the rule. You asked me to send the item to the wrong place, and refused to pay the tax, and refused to pick up the item, now you blame me?
