    Item works great and the packaging was top notch. The only issue I had was that the internal Wifi card went bad, which seems to be common for that model of card. I contacted the seller who offered a full refund. I got a great price on the PC, so I declined a return and will pick up a replacement Wifi card. Shipping was super fast and communication was within a minute of sending a message. Highly recommend seller.

    The item arrived destroyed by the carrier, I figured it was a bad sign when the signal the package was delivered was a loud thud by the front door. The item was clearly marked fragile handle with care, the carrier must of took that as a sign to beat it mercilessly. The only shining light was the sellers great service and communication, he was over communicative and helpful as we tried to find a solution and understanding when the item was too badly damaged to salvage. Great Service.
