Seller did respond quickly to questions but shipping was not satisfactory. 2 weeks to reach Kentucky from New York and package actually says it came from Georgia. Georgia is never mentioned in the tracking history. I believe some of the delay was intentional stalling by the seller but the USPS is also partly to blame. It sat in multiple shipping hubs for days without moving after a week waiting for the USPS to receive it. In thier defense it is the Christmas season.
