  I bought 3 crystals from this seller, very beautiful however 2 of them had minor damages and the third quite badly damaged, the box they were sent in was very thin, the crystal points had actually torn through the box so sadly I lost a significant amount of the points on this crystal, postage was over £8 so no excuse for the very flimsy box, I would not recommend this seller, the crystals are beautiful but unfortunately there’s no guarantee they will arrive in one piece, no response from seller.
