The item received was as pictured. Shipping was fast. Although it was not the fix to my dryer problem, I was able to contact the seller directly to send it back since I didn’t use it. This was a great price for this product, and it was shipped in a timely manner. Although multiple websites say that this part will fit in my stove, the part didn't fit. I contacted the seller, and they asked for the serial number and model number for my stove. Sooner than I expected, they replied that they would give me a complete refund. A couple hours later, they did locate the right part for my stove, but it was a little too pricy for me. The service was great! I highly recommend this dealer.
