  I don’t often leave feedback, but Gengoro’s Store deserves as many stars as I can give. Communication was exceptionally clear, as fast as it could be, and very helpful. The delivery was remarkably swift. The Babylock Sashiko II is a marvel. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It’s pricey, but it’s worth it. I definitely recommend Gengoro’s Store.

  The ideal arrived in good shape, nicely packaged and works well for my Juki HZ600 machine! It doesn't cut the thread when press on helping pedal as described but my original one didn't either. The price was nice, I would purchase from seller again! It appears to be in new condition.

  Item arrived incredibly fast. As in, 5 days fast, from Japan all the way to Canada and cost only $10 for shipping. Unbelievable.
