    Tried to contact the seller two times before I purchased this Leupold LTO (HD) to make sure that it was a HD model like the listing said it was. With no response I decided to go ahead and purchase it because of their high rating. After receiving it jt was a plain LTO Quest. They did say that I could return it but I just gave it to my kids to play with because I didn’t want to waste anymore of my time. If they are going to list something on eBay they need to know what it is they are selling.

    We are VERY SORRY about the delay on the response. We do try really hard to keep up with all the messages, and make sure that our listings are correct. By the time we had seen the message you purchased the item, and we couldn't edit the listing. However, as you stated in your review. When we replied, that if it WAS the wrong one that we would give you the full refund for the purchase. Again, sorry for the oversight and the mistake.
