About us
We're a start-up independent lab currently located in Carlsbad, CA. We only offer the most accurate form of testing, NAATs. We only provide these tests using noninvasive first-void urine via at-home collection kits. We offer free priority mail shipping from the USPS, which takes 1-3 days, and a free return envelope to return your specimen to our lab with the same priority shipping. A physician or NP looks over all tests before being approved, and if you're local, you can pick up your sample collection kit by contacting us and making an appointment to pick it up, and return it through the sample drop box any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The normal turnaround time for testing is between 2 and 4 days, which is standard for almost all labs. But we always try to beat expectations. We currently only test Monday-Friday, but we plan to add a weekend day soon.
