    Item was new, in a box, sealed looked good. We had a problem with shipping; thus, shipper is to blame & not the seller. Had requested item not received. Item was 7 to 11 days overdue. Tracking showed shipper was responsible as item sat in shippers' location for 4-5 days without moving * shipping notice advised being ready to ship to next location. Item finally arrived 15 days after placing order. Do not hold vendor responsible for item taking so long.
