    Item was completely different color from listing photo. Packaging was very bad. Seller offered no concessions and communicated slowly. No refund. Not even paying for return shipping. Hat arrived loose in an old gnome box 4x too big that had busted open shipping. Hat arrived damp—presumably as a result of the little care that was clearly put into packaging. Miracle had hadn’t fallen out. Although since it looked nothing like item I ordered, maybe that would’ve been for the best! See photos
