    I sent this company eight messages and called them 19 times leaving voicemails over a period of 11 days, starting minutes after the order was placed with the wrong address because I moved. They messaged me once 5 days into the order saying the warehouse got the order with the original address. Mind you, the item never shipped yet, nor did it ever ship. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM ANYONE WITH LESS THAN 98% RATING. Their response made-up excuse. Refund last allowed day after informed dispute.

    I ordered the lamp 12/31/23 and still have not received the lamp, I tried contacting the seller and have not gotten a reply and I just now tried contacting them again. This is our first time buying off eBay and so far not impressed and we’re actually starting to get a little nervous that we are out $200.00 as well as a lamp.
