  Item poorly packaged for transport and one of the six pieces was missing and one was bent (kinked) beyond use. Only four (4) of the six (6) pieces were received as described. Communication with seller was lacking and seller took no responsibility for the condition of the shipment...claiming only that he shipped all parts and he was not a "scammer." Seller does not accept returns and can't replace missing and broken parts. No refund offered although I suspect he will get a refund from FedEx.

  The seller made an honest mistake and thought these parts were in his inventory. Though the seller couldn't supply the parts he informed me promptly and refunded my money. This transaction didn't work out like I hoped but I plan to do business with Backroads auto parts again.
