I purchased this product for the first time. I haven't actually tried it for the results claims but the package and content were exactly as described. The product arrived 2 days late but I don't feel like that was a seller problem but was a mail carrier problem. I would give this seller another chance for future orders because I do feel like the late arrival was on the part of the mail service. All contents in package accounted for. Overall, the only issue was the late arrival.
