I had purchased a PC just like this one, and was so pleased with it that I went ahead and bought a second, expecting it to be just as good if not better than the first buying experience.   Horrible seller does not reply foto my messages, I received a computer with a black screen but turns on. I told him Jul-12, I did not get any response, I request a return, Jul-13 I inquired and found that I can fix it for $150, I like the specs of the computer would like to keep it but I need partial refund to go ahead with the repair. The seller finally responds, asks me for video, I give the video of the computer turning on and the black screen. He does not reply for over one week.
