  Dreadful experience! Spent over £2k on a power station only for it to never even be sent. Seller was polite and responsive at first but changed instantly once I had opened a non-received case (Which he also tried to persuade me not to do!). Got rude and asked me to stop messaging even though I was simply asking for an update and now just ignores all of my messages! Ebay is now having to force through a refund after the seller is totally unresponsive. Buyer beware! Make up your own mind.....

  UPS lost the package, mislabeled it. We asked the buyer for time to investigate, but they were difficult. We found it, and the buyer was refunded.

  Absolute shocking customer service bought a cheap bait boat and they sent the wrong one out messaged them about it and they said they no longer have the one I purchased so why advertise it and then to send the wrong one out disgusting asked for a refund they said I have to send it back but pay for postage first never will buy anything from the person again
