    The handlebar was delivered new, in the OEM box as described. BUT, the best part is that this vendor is a high-quality person that really cares about the customer, that is, there was a mix up in the shipping and this person took the time to call me ahead of time and explain what the slight delay would be about. Really a nice gentleman. I doubt that anyone will ever have a problem dealing with this vendor.

    As advertised, all original. Pretty rudimentary, but if you have an Eastern Bloc/Chicom 7.62X39 drum magazine, you need this. Illustrations and instructions are crude and the English translation of whatever the original 7 page pamphlet was written in (Chinese?) is "spotty", but adequate. The pamphlet is thread-bound, so durable, but I plan to photocopy it and use the copy, thereby preserving the original. All in all, a good buy, and fast, reasonable shipping. Recommend this seller - 5*****s!
