    The item was supposed to be "brand new" and "undamaged." When I removed it from the shipping tube, it had two bent corners and a brown spot on it -- which I'm assuming was spilled coffee. In order to return the item, I had to pay the postage. So, I paid for the "privilege" of having a defective poster sent to me. AVOID THIS SELLER. They'll probably post something in response to cover their butts -- ignore it!!!

    Sold 100's of these? Shipped mint to buyer. Only damage to poster was corner creases caused by buyer using short tube to return it and end caps crushed the corners. Our ship tubes are over length and the end caps don't touch the posters. AND NOBODY HERE DRINKS COFFEE. Can't make everyone happy regardless of CS or expediency. Lesson here is to practice buyer patience. Wait for seller to receive the return and handle it properly prior to drama. We pay ship both ways + refund, thus wasted drama.
