  Poor management and transparency of free shipping costs: if you offer extra UE free shipping I only have to pay a small fee to clear customs (because customs fees are already paid to eBay) and not a meaningless amount as a fixed price of the shipping company YOU have chosen. This must be the seller's problem and not a nasty surprise to the buyer. It's not enough to warn that "there may be other costs": the seller must make these costs as low as possible if they offer free shipping!
