Due to my location I had to pay an additional postage cost, however the price was very low, other sellers were asking 10 times as much for the same item.     Brilliant in every way. I ordered the wrong bit, and the item was like new.so I was a bit fed up with myself. I messaged to see if they had the right one for me and they checked their stock. They diddnt have one but to send the item back was no problem for a full refund. Parts come with 30 days guarantee, they answer questions quickly, send parts quickly and well packed.     Didn’t actually have the item I bought in stock, so messaged them out of curiosity due to not getting my item, they then explained the above, One of the ladies called Jane responded apologising and offered to send me a similar item, exactly what I needed. Quick response and clear communication which is hard to get from car part sellers on eBay😭. Item was cheaper than the original but hey ho, decent ppl would recommend!!
