Ebay eventually forced a refund because the item was never shipped, and the seller was not communicating. If you value your time and money, consider a different seller.

Seller blamed delays due to Chinese New Year and offered a cheaper, inferior FreeBuds 5 instead. I declined and asked when my original order would ship—they never answered. Days later, they canceled my order without explanation. Terrible communication, misleading practices, and a complete waste of time. But everything about this was brilliant and exceptional. This product is not sold in the UK so has been difficult to get a hold of. The seller gave me assurance by sending pictures of the product etc and his communication was good. Fast and useful responses. Product is brand new as though I purchased it directly from Honor. Overall delighted.
