I was shocked to find that there were ONLY 72 SHEETS and NOT 100 AS LISTED AND PAID FOR. Seller apologised and asked me to return item for a full refund OR they'd send the missing sheets. I asked for a refund but heard no more about how I was to send item back, so I had to ask eBay to step in and help.
