  Item as described but BETTER ! For a preowned watch there were no apparent scratches on watch face, crystal or band. Watch was clean, looked brand new and was in perfect running condition when package opened. Shipping was lightening fast and sent by Priority mail. Excellent communication as Seller advised me by email that watch would arrive 1 week EARLIER than stated. (which it did). A+++ Seller and highly recommended !

  The watch that the seller sent has a terrible restoration, the packaging of the back cover was in poor condition so when I put the watch in the water, water entered the inside of the watch causing the glass to fog up, likewise my watchmaker He told me that they had to do a cleaning and change of packaging, all the service and change of packaging he would charge me 90 dollars, the same ones that I asked him to reimburse me, but he doesn't want to do it.

  Good evening, I'm sorry to hear about the issue you faced with the watch. However, as per our policies, any repairs or alterations done without prior authorization void the warranty and return policies. Additionally, since you took it upon yourself to have the watch repaired by a third party, we cannot offer a refund for the repair costs.We had already provided a $50 discount on your initial purchase, and unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the $90 refund request in in this case. We regret.
