    The item was described as open box new, however it came without the usb cable which I needed to get the printer to be recognized y my computer. Further when I called HP for help, they told me the printer’s warrantee has expired. However after I orrowed a usb cable I was able to make everything work and it prints well. I was not able to get it to work wirelessly, I assume it is my problem because I’m not a techie!
