    First of all, the communication has been very slow from. It takes several days for them to respond, but they ultimately do. Item arrived damaged , the grill was smashed, they claimed it was at transport, which could be due to the poor packaging, but I thought it could have been shipped just like that, since the pictures didn’t show the back part of the microphone while in the box. They offered a return, but I would have liked to keep it for a refund and send to fixing to manufacturer (payed).
