  The seller sold a defective laptop advertised to be brand new, and it did not even come with charging cable as all new laptops come with. It had issues from day one and seller refused to accept return after multiple attempts and kept pushing me to work with Lenovo. After hours spent on troubleshooting, doing hardware diagnostics and finally full reimage, the laptop continued having issues and finally Lenovo looked deeper and confirmed laptop was used for entire year before sold to me.
