When I reached out, the seller acknowledged the error but pressured me multiple times to accept partial refunds instead of allowing a return. I repeatedly requested to return one of the items for a full refund, but they stalled and even insisted the item would get “lost” during return. This experience felt intentionally obstructive. Would not recommend
