    I purchased 2 watches. The watches were brand new, just as described. They still had the shrink wrap on the packaging. I received them on the day they were promised. When I was setting them up I had to call Xplora customer service because the SIM cards were not working, apparently they had expired (who knew that could happen?). No worries, Xplora customer service provided me with a link to order a new SIM card and it was free. It should arrive in 2-4 days. Still a good experience.

    Item arrived quickly and was well-packaged, but the listing showed a clean, sealed game with no stickers. What I got had a large, unremovable yellow sticker on the back that tears and sticks like a GameStop label. I requested a partial refund, and after two days the seller just said I could return it. I didn’t want to risk losing the item or deal with the hassle. The listing was misleading and the seller was uncooperative. I would not buy from them again.
