  The item arrived as described. when I started to use it the quality was very poor. Chain came off (tightened it several times) chain break casing came off and then the spring on chain break broke. Only brought it cuz of how cheap it was and was only to remove 4 tree stumps. Contacted seller to return item for a full refund and they was very helpful. Just had to send a couple of photos to show what was wrong with the item and my refund was granted.
