  The necklace is exactly as described and in perfect condition. John was very helpful. When I realized too late that I had used an incorrect default shipping address. He tried to stop the shipment and communicated quickly and helpfully with me. The post office wouldn’t allow the shipment to be stopped, but he did everything possible to help.   This is a very sweet little 14K gold chain, but it's too dainty for what I need. I didn't pay close attention to how dainty it was. Even so, I'll find a use for it, or give it as part of a gift. It's well made, and is good quality, just not quite hefty enough for my pendant. It presents as new, and it looks brand new. Great seller, with fast and careful shipping!
