I contacted customer support because of something I did in error and they were able to get it taken care of immediately. My vacuum arrived super fast and it’s a beauty.     Their customer service is flawless I actually got a vacuum that I wasn't morning per se but in the end their customer service was absolutely impeccable. But I would buy many times over again. If I had a question they answered it. They even gotten me in the ways of spare parts and YouTube links and Etc. Wasn't pleased to find wasn't shipped in original box also without instructions, etc however there was paper with QR code/download instructions for manual for vacuum. Company/seller seems solid. Overall, Im happy as I could not have afforded this vacuum without purchasing refurbished and deeply discounted. I appreciate the 2 year warranty which was also emailed to me by Square Trade/Allstate, that was a definite plus. Would buy again from seller
