    My brand new item was shipped directly in the product box. Journey via FedEx was rough. A previously pristine box now covered in shipping lables, scuff marks, and has two holes. Luckily, item inside is undamaged. Other than this one aspect, I was very pleased with my overall experience with this seller and the quality of the item sold. I would do business with again in the future, but choose to contact them first to request an external shipping box. To be clear, seller is great, I recommend them
